Orders and Contract Formation

By placing an order, you agree to purchase the selected product(s) in accordance with these Terms. The sale contract is concluded when COLARC S.R.L. a socio unico sends the Order Confirmation via email. We reserve the right to refuse orders from non-consumers or based on solvency concerns.

Payments

Payments must be made through the available methods indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of payment issues or suspected fraud.

Shipping and Delivery

Products will be shipped to the address specified during checkout. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

Returned Packages Due to Customer Inaction: If a package is returned to us due to the customer’s failure to accept the delivery, respond to courier contacts, provide required customs documentation, or pay applicable duties or taxes, LookerOnline reserves the right to deduct a flat 50% of the total order amount as a handling and shipping fee before issuing any refund.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, as per applicable consumer law. LookerOnline extends this period to 30 days via its Refund Policy. Returned items must be unused, with all labels and seals intact, and sent in original packaging. We reserve the right to reject non-compliant returns. All products sold on LookerOnline are 100% authentic. LookerOnline is operated by COLARC S.R.L. a socio unico, a company with over 40 years of experience in the eyewear industry. We manage multiple retail stores across central Italy and maintain direct distribution agreements with all the brands featured on our website, as well as with the leading global eyewear manufacturers, including Luxottica, Kering Eyewear, Safilo, Marchon, De Rigo, Marcolin, and others.

We are officially authorized retailers, and all products are sourced exclusively through official distribution channels. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the customer acknowledges and accepts the authenticity of all products sold on LookerOnline. This acknowledgment is considered valid and sufficient proof of authenticity.

We do not provide individual proof of authenticity upon request. Packaging, serial numbers, and brand-issued authenticity cards (where applicable) are included if provided by the manufacturer. No claims regarding authenticity will be accepted under any circumstances.

Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account updated. We may limit or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

We may provide access to third-party tools or links. These are offered “as is” without warranty. We are not responsible for any content or transactions with third-party websites.
